EAS guarantees the functionality and good condition of all products. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase of the product. Products used inappropriately or installed incorrectly are excluded. 

In the case that you consider a product to be defective, please fill out the contact form or send us an email to comercial@escarre.com providing the following information:

- Invoice or order number 

- Description of the detected anomaly 

- Photo of the damaged product 

Our team will be able to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of how to proceed. The replacement or return of the item will be made as quickly as possible within 15 days of notification of the incident by email.

In the event that the article must be replaced, the customer must send us the defective article for replacement and new shipment. Amos shipments will be in charge of the customer.  

In the event that EAS is unable to replace the product, we will proceed with the refund within 10 days of receipt of the defective product. The return will be made in the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
