Can I return a product?
All products purchased from the EAS online store have a 30-day return period from the date of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and retain its original packaging
The product will be sent to EAS using a protective wrapping or box to ensure that it arrives at our warehouse in proper condition.
The cost of return is borne by the customer.
Consumable items cannot be returned
To return an order, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 934083809. We will send you a return form to fill in and send with the item you wish to return. The transport costs will be paid by the customer.
We will not proceed with the return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received or there are clear signs of use.
Once we receive the product and examine it, we will proceed with the return of the amount within 10 working days in the same method of payment used to make the purchase. You will receive a purchase credit invoice to your email.
Also you can return products to our warehouse free of charge. Please contact email@example.com to receive the return form. Our warehouse is located at Carrer Hondures 48-52, 08027 - Barcelona. The opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 19:00h.
