How long does it takes to process my order?

 Orders are processed and prepared from our headquarters at Barcelona within 24 to 48 hours from confirmation of payment. If you are a customer with an EAS account, the period is from 24 to 48 hours from the reception of the order. All orders are processed within our opening hours:

From Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 19:00h

You will receive email notifications when your order is in preparation and has been shipped. Orders placed during weekends, holiday periods and holidays will be processed and shipped on the first business day.


What types of deliveries are available?



We work with the transport company Mail Boxes Etc. Before formalizing the purchase you will be able to configure your shipment on standard or express option according to the region of shipment:

Standard Shipments: Only Spain 24-48h

Express shipments: Worldwide 3-10 days. Spain express shipping in 24h


You can check the tracking of your shipment at https://www.mbe.es/es. If the delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, you can contact us at comercial@escarre.com and we will be happy to check what is happening.

Please note that due to the worldwide impact of COVID-19 your shipment may take a few days longer than usual. On the other hand, the different transport agencies we work with comply with hygiene regulations and all safety measures for safe delivery. Can I pick your order at your warehouse?

 

Of course you can! You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00 in our warehouse in Barcelona located at Carrer Hondures 48-5, 08027 Barcelona.

When you place your order, select the option "Pick up at EAS". When you receive the email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up, you can stop by our warehouse. Show us the confirmation email and we will deliver it to you.  Translated with
